Welcome to your 4 days/3 nights Yoga, Mindfulness and Sound Bath Women’s retreat at Margreteholm Mindfulness Manor
The program is specially tailored to help you reach a place of deep peace and equanimity. We will hold daily yoga classes, sound baths, sharing circles and guided meditations, you will get the chance to take cooling swims in the lake after spending time in the beautiful wooden sauna. We will introduce you to mindfulness, walking meditations and forest bathing in the beautiful surroundings on the farm, and before you leave we will offer you some suggestions on how to make mindfulness a natural part of your everyday life. We will treat you to a healthy and wholesome diet, based on natural ingredients and products from the farms in the surrounding area, and if in season, we will offer you guided walks discovering some of the eatable treasures of the forest. Among all this, you will get time in silence for contemplation and rest. You will get a chance to recharge your batteries and feel the peace that this magical place surrounded by abundant nature has to offer you.

Day 1 - Thursday
16:00: Arrival and check in. Optional swim + sauna, walk to the lake or personal relaxation time.
Tea and light snack in the red living room.
17:00: Red living room: Introduction to the retreat and opening circle.
18:00: Tour and story of Margreteholm.
19:30: Relaxed dinner.
20:30. Evening Meditation and Sound Bath.
Day 2 - Friday
7:30: Gentle Morning Yoga
9:00: Healthy breakfast.
10.30: Introduction to mindfulness: “Why it works” and mindfulness exercises.
12:30: Lunch.
13:00: Personal relaxation- and contemplation.
Optional Mindful walks in the forest, deer park or by the lake.
15:00: “Saunagus” with pranayama + swim.
18:00: Mindfulness cocking: Group A
19:00: Dinner.
20:00: Sound Bath & Sharing Circle.
Day 3 – Saturday – Full Moon
7:30: Light morning yoga.
9:00: Breakfast.
10:30: “Rooting” Mindfulness walk and exercise: “Planting the roots for your future grounding” in our beautiful old nature reserve.
12:30: Lunch.
13:00: Personal relaxation time.
15:00: “Saunagus” with pranayama + swim.
18:00: Mindfulness cocking: group B
19:00: Dinner.
20:00: Full Moon Ceremony.
Day 4
7:30: Yin yoga with Crystal Sound Bowl Vibrations.
10:00: Breakfast.
11:00: Mindfulness: “Exercises for your future practice”.
12:30: Lunch.
13:30: Closing Circle.
15:00: Departure.
Please bring:
· Swimwear
· Shoes for walking in nature + slippers for going to the lake
· Comfortable clothing for yoga.
